Zoals zoveel bands zagen Annelies Tanghe en Sam Pieter Janssens van And Then Came Fall zagen hun voorjaarstour 2020 met De Mens meermaals uitgesteld. Vanuit hun eigen ‘kot’, brachten ze een jaar geleden in volle lockdown de pakkende single “Please Don’t Disappear” uit, een song die erg lang meedraaide op alle #supportbelgianmusic playlists zoals het #ikluisterbelgisch kanaal van Studio Brussel en tevens op Radio 1 en Radio 2 te horen was.
Sinds dan hebben Annelies Tanghe & Sam Pieter Janssens niet stilgezeten. Het afgelopen najaar werden plannen gesmeed om aan nieuw materiaal te werken - met een straffe producer. Later meer daarover.
In tussentijd brengt And Then Came Fall ‘Chasing The Sun’ uit. Een song waarin geprobeerd wordt om een moeilijk relatie uit het slop te halen, maar tegelijk ook een song met een optimistische en zonnige feel met een high energy refrein.
